ABOUT SCOTT

Scott has undertaken several large residential land lot subdivisions and apartment developments between Sydney and Coffs Harbour (in excess of 600 residential land lots and apartments) and was either principal and/or partner in these projects. Scott is a Director of Capital One Funds Management Pty Ltd, and has long standing relationships with senior banks, mezzanine lenders and private equity contacts within the real estate industry. Scott is a principal in numerous projects with expert local knowledge particularly in the Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour residential and industrial real estate markets.

Scott commenced his banking career as a loan originator with Allied Mortgage Corporation Limited and ran his own business managing a home loan securitization company. This business soon transformed into a commercial finance origination business to also include the origination of residential, commercial and industrial construction and development loans. The business also included the origination of asset & leasing finance which was primarily provided to builders for heavy equipment such as Cranes, Trucks & Scaffolding.

ABOUT Kevin

Kevin has been in banking and Finance since 1985 with particular emphasis on property development since 2004. Primary experience included Investment Banking between 1984 and 2008, with roles in International Investment Banks involved in Corporate Finance, Private Banking and Property Investment, Finance and Development.

Since 2002 Kevin has focussed on providing property related financial solutions to Corporate and High net Worth individuals, managing second mortgage(mezzanine) and equity funding in property related transactions.

Kevin joined the Capital One Group as Director in November 2008 and currently holds several executive directorships in private and public companies in both the financial service industry and property development and investment industry.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, a Diploma in Financial Services and Finance, and holds the Associate Diploma with The Institute of Bankers. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is also a Graduate of the Institute. (GAICD)
